The City of Eternal Spring, where mountain views frame every neighborhood and the vegetarian and vegan food scene turned out to be one of the best surprises of my travels.
To say I was blown away by the vegetarian scene in Colombia would be an understatement. Medellín had some incredible vegetarian and vegan food, and a few of my favorite finds were even worth driving outside the city for.
Between the cable cars, the botanical garden, day trips to colorful towns like Guatapé, and a food scene that keeps getting better, Medellín is a city I can't wait to return to.

I use an eSIM to stay connected internationally without having to swap physical SIM cards.
